Participation Agreement and Liability Waver

The Michael R Berube Foundation 2025 Sunset Color Run Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability WAIVER, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. I understand that the Michael R Berube Color Run includes physical movement. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in this event.

I represent and attest that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the event. I assume all risks associated with participating and agree to take full responsibility for any loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability, known or unknown, which I might incur because of my participation.

I shall run this race at my own risk and hold The City of Long Beach and The Michael R Berube Foundation, its employees, representatives, and agents, forever harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained or incurred by me.

I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The City of Long Beach, and/or The Michael R Berube Foundation for any injury or death caused by my participation in the color run. My acknowledgement below constitutes my full consent.

The Michael R. Berube Foundation and The City of Long Beach will take images and videos for promotions by signing up you revoke any rights to these images.
